Plano & North Dallas Service Area Details
Abfall Valet provides comprehensive service to multifamily properties throughout Plano and North Dallas, with deep operational experience in high-density corridors. Our teams are local, ensuring a keen understanding of traffic patterns, community layouts, and municipal waste regulations specific to both Collin and Dallas counties.
We have established routes serving the dense apartment corridors along the Dallas North Tollway and the President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT). This includes extensive experience working with properties in and around major commercial and residential hubs like Legacy West and the Shops at Legacy, where logistical precision is critical.
Our service footprint extends to communities throughout North Dallas, ensuring reliable collection for properties from Richardson to the Plano border. We understand the unique challenges of both sprawling garden-style apartments and high-density, mid-rise buildings common to this submarket.
What's Included in Standard Service
Our standard service agreement is an all-inclusive waste management solution, covering everything from resident bins to final disposal at the compactor. We provide the staff, equipment, and support needed to run a successful program that residents will value.
We believe in transparency. The services detailed below are included in our standard per-door pricing model. There are no hidden fees for core operational tasks.

Route Timing & Operations
Our collection routes are scheduled for consistency and minimal resident disruption, typically starting after 8:00 PM. This schedule respects the lifestyles of working professionals and families, ensuring the service is a convenience, not a disturbance.
Our valets are W-2 employees, not gig workers. They arrive in uniform, carry ID badges, and use quiet, professional equipment to maintain your property's community standards. This professionalism is a cornerstone of our operational model.

The Abfall Valet Onboarding Process
We implement a structured 30-day onboarding plan to ensure a seamless service launch for your property, residents, and staff. A dedicated account manager serves as your single point of contact from initial planning through the first month of service.
This methodical approach minimizes confusion, sets clear expectations for residents, and ensures our team is fully prepared to service your community's unique layout and needs from day one.
Phase 1: Planning & Logistics (Days 1-14)
Following a signed agreement, we schedule a kick-off call and a comprehensive property walk. During this phase, we map the entire property, identify the most efficient collection routes, and confirm the location and status of all dumpsters or compactors. We work with you to finalize the service start date.
Phase 2: Communication & Bin Delivery (Days 15-25)
We provide you with the resident communication package for distribution. Approximately one week before launch, our team delivers a new, clean Abfall Valet bin to every unit. This lead time gives residents a physical reminder of the upcoming service enhancement.
Phase 3: Service Launch & Calibration (Days 26-30+)
The first night of service is actively monitored by a senior team member on-site to ensure a smooth start. We follow up with the property manager the next business day to get feedback. For the first 30 days, we conduct daily operational reviews to calibrate our process and address any issues immediately.
Exception Handling & Support
We have clear protocols for managing missed pickups, non-compliant waste, and other common exceptions to maintain service integrity. Our goal is to enforce community policies consistently while providing reliable service.
Missed Pickups & Service Issues
If a resident reports a missed pickup, they or property management can notify us through a dedicated support email or phone number. We guarantee a response within one business day and will work with you to resolve the issue, typically with a next-day collection if the report is verified.
Non-Compliant Waste
Our valets do not collect non-compliant items, such as oversized bags, un-bagged trash, or hazardous materials. Instead, the valet will attach a clear, non-adhesive violation notice to the item explaining the issue and photographically document the infraction for management, including the unit number. This reinforces your community rules and protects our staff.
Holiday Schedule
Service runs Sunday through Thursday, excluding major national holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We provide management with advance notice of any schedule changes at least 30 days prior.
