    Abfall Valet ("we", "us", "our") provides regular doorstep valet trash services to multifamily communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    Information We Collect

    • Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone, company, property).
    • Service details such as unit counts, schedules, and proposal preferences.
    • Call recordings and transcripts when you contact our AI phone assistant.
    • Basic technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

    How We Use Information

    • To prepare proposals, schedule evaluations, and deliver valet trash services.
    • To send service updates, reporting, and operational notifications.
    • To improve our website, AI assistant, and customer support.
    • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

    Resident Text Messages (SMS)

    Residents may choose to enroll in service text alerts through their property's sign-up page on portal.abfallvalet.com. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of service.

    • We collect the mobile number, unit, property, alert preferences, and the record of your consent and verification.
    • We use this information only to send the service messages you chose (property service-start notices (not arrival at your building), service changes or delays, come-back updates), to process confirmed SMS come-back requests, verify your number, and honor STOP, CANCEL and HELP requests.
    • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our messaging provider and carriers) or when required by law.
    • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or CANCEL to unsubscribe globally from resident SMS, or HELP for help. DECLINE (RECHAZAR in Spanish) declines only the pending come-back request; or contact office@abfallvalet.com.

    Sharing

    We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, communications, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Resident SMS data is further limited as described above.

    Data Retention & Security

    We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards but no system is 100% secure.

    Your Choices
