    What shapes your quote

    Units and building layout

Unit count, stairs, walking distance, access restrictions and the distance to designated disposal areas affect route design.

    Collection schedule

Nights, set-out guidance and service windows are agreed for your property. There is no universal five-night or seven-night plan.

    Documented service and communication

Discuss manager reporting, onboarding materials and resident communication as part of the agreed scope. Regular doorstep trash only; no bulk, recycling or pet-station add-ons are offered here.

    Agreement terms

Onboarding, contract length, cancellation terms, fees and any service remedies belong in your written proposal. No automatic credits, fixed turnaround or standard cancellation guarantee is implied.

Valet trash cost questions property managers ask

How much does valet trash service cost in Texas?

Abfall Valet's typical rate is $8–$11 per door, per month. Where your community falls in that range depends on unit count, building layout, disposal access and agreed collection nights, and your exact price is written into your proposal.

Why is it a range instead of one price per unit?

Two communities with the same unit count can need very different routes: garden-style buildings with long walks, stair-only access or distant compactors take more crew time than a mid-rise with a chute room.

What is the difference between our vendor cost and the resident fee?

Your vendor cost is what the property pays for the service. Whether and how any resident fee is charged is set by your property's own leasing and fee policies, not by us. Your proposal covers the property's cost only.

What is included, and what is not?

Regular doorstep trash collection on your agreed nights, documented service through the manager portal, resident guidelines and bin stickers, and a resident come-back request process. Bulk item pickup, recycling and pet-station service are not offered.

How should we compare proposals from different vendors?

Compare written scope rather than headline price: collection nights, what counts as a missed unit, how missed pickups are handled, what reporting you receive, onboarding materials, contract length and cancellation terms.

How do we get an exact number?

Request a property quote with your unit count, layout, disposal access, preferred schedule and current service concerns. We confirm availability for your location before preparing a proposal.
